Kimberly Fenichel, FRP
Corporate and Transaction Paralegal
Ms. Fenichel is a corporate and transactional paralegal with over thirty years of experience, most of which was spent in large firms within the State of Florida. Ms. Fenichel joined Saavedra │ Goodwin in 2013. Ms. Fenichel received an A.S. from Broward College in 1984, and a B.A. in Legal Studies from Keiser University in 1986.
During her time with Saavedra │ Goodwin as a corporate and transactional paralegal, Ms. Fenichel has assisted in all aspects of the corporate and transactional practice group. Including assisting with several credit facilities and renewals thereof. In 2013, Ms. Fenichel assisted in a $200 million senior credit facility, collateralized by properties in Florida, Georgia and New York. In 2015, Ms. Fenichel again assisted as the credit facility was expanded to $260 million, and again in 2017 as the credit facility was expanded to $335 million. Ms. Fenichel also researches tax and legal issues and prepares comprehensive memoranda as well as assists with developing strategies for dealing with unique transactions.
