Ms. Antonelli has been a commercial real estate paralegal with Saavedra | Goodwin since April 2005.  She has over 35 years of legal experience and is a Florida Registered Paralegal with the Florida Bar. Ms. Antonelli is also a licensed Title Agent with Fidelity National and Chicago Title Insurance Companies.

Ms. Antonelli assists with all aspects of the firm’s commercial real estate law practice, including acquisition and sale transactions, development projects, leasing and financing transactions. Ms. Antonelli is fully versed in the preparation of purchase agreements and other closing documents, due diligence analysis, review and resolution of title and survey issues, preparation of loan documents, and organizing real estate and finance closings.  Through Ms. Antonelli’s work as a Title Agent, Ms. Antonelli and Lawyers Land Title Company have consistently received the Exceptional Performance Award every year since 2011 from our Underwriters, representing the top 10% of title agents in Florida, without any title claims.
