Ms. Speake has been working in the title industry since 1986.  She is a Florida Licensed Title Examiner and Title Agent with Fidelity National Title Insurance Company and Chicago Title Insurance Company. Ms. Speake joined Lawyers Land Title Company in 2011.  Since joining the company, Lawyers Land Title Company has earned the Exceptional Achievement Award for South Florida each year from Chicago Title Insurance Company.  This award is given to the title agents generating revenue in the top 10% of all Chicago Title Insurance Company title agencies without any title claims.  Ms. Speake is also a proud member of the Paralegal Affiliate Counsel with Attorney’s Title Insurance Company where she collaborates with the underwriters to educate others in the industry.

Ms. Speake has closed thousands of residential transactions and assisted with the closings of many commercial transactions. Ms. Speake is proficient in all aspects of transactional closings from the preparation of title commitment to the issuance of the final title insurance policy and everything in between.
